Regen Planters is a nature repair and planting company working in Greater Melbourne, Geelong and Regional Victoria, working to meet demand for high quality planting across the greenfield, civil landscape and biodiversity restoration sectors while tackling climate change.

OUR NURSERY
All plants for Regen Planters projects are grown and supplied by Regen Nurseries. This vertical integration means we control plant quality from propagation through to planting, supporting strong survival rates and consistent project outcomes across Greater Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria.
SERVICES
Nature repair is the restoration of a wide variety of revegetation and urban greening projects, plus implementation of urban horticulture. We service Greater Melbourne, Geelong and Regional Victoria.
Restoration of revegetation and urban greening projects and implementation of urban horticulture across Victoria. Regen Planters can plant large regional projects where plants are grown by Regen Nurseries, travel and overnight stay allowances will apply.
Our forestry-trained, highly efficient planters use the latest equipment and care to ensure plants are planted well with high survival rates.
Small and large projects ranging from 5,000 plants to over 1 million plants. Vertically integrated to ensure efficient projects and great opportunities for our staff.
PROJECT EXAMPLES
At Regen Planters, we deliver large-scale restoration, biodiversity and habitat regeneration planting projects using quality plants supplied by Regen Nurseries.
Our planting range includes hiko, 200cc, 550cc aquatics, 550cc Regen Speed Tray cultivars and 300mm trees. Regen Nurseries supplies landscape lines, high-performance cultivars for general landscape, public space and infrastructure projects, as well as native, indigenous and wetland plants.
Our completed projects are designed to achieve strong survival rates, low weed cover and lasting environmental outcomes, creating landscapes that are functional, beautiful and part of a greater ecosystem.

Our planters regularly earn $300–$400 and above per day, and our model is built to ensure that your guaranteed base rate is aligned to the Gardening and Landscaping Services Award [MA000101] Level 1 at $29.04 per hour all inclusive as a backdrop pay safety net.
